It's ****ing retarded, I haven't worked out in like 2 weeks (real working out, I've been throwing weights around and whatnot) and I've already lost 3 pounds and losing definition. WTF. My diet is amazing too, 3-4k calories, eat EVERY 3 hours, Anabolic diet, 250g fat, 200g protein, 15-30g carbs (all clean vegetables). ****.
Trade me body types someone ;D

Lol yeah man I know, but my friend hasn't worked out in 3 years, graduated from high school, comes with me to the gym and still benches 225. He left benching 285. Honestly.
I've just been super lazy lately, not quite sure why. Starting back full swing today (bout to leave and hit up some SQUATS,) even if I have to use drugs to get into it. LOL!

Getting big is simple as **** in most aspects, unless you are one of those people who overcomplicates and overthinks things (me).
Seeing as your an ecto and pretty lean, all you have to focus on is high calories and sufficient protein. If your not gaining, simply add more calories through protein until you are. The gains will come, you just gotta keep shoveling more and more food in until they do. And consistency is key of course.

I wish I was an ecto. I'm meso-endo and I'm gaining on 3200-3400 calories a day. I wish I could eat a lot more but I can't or I'll gain too fast. I'm bulking and still always hungry.
Ditch the anabolic diet if you are bulking. It's meant for cutting. Even Palumbo and people who follow him don't use it to gain. Carbs are necessary when bulking.
