Syntha-6 Instead of Optimum 100% Casein and Optimum 100% Whey Protein

As Syntha-6 has sustained Release protein blend will this save me the need for buying both Optimum 100% Casein and Optimum 100% Whey Protein as an alternative.

Hmmm and the fact that the Chocolate Milk Shake flavor tastes so mofin good.

well it depends. Taste wise syntha 6 is better for sure. You get the fat grams with syntha 6 so keep that in mind. There are reasons to take some healthy fat with your nighttime shake (slows down digestion) but 2 scoops of Syntha 6 are a little high i fat, especially if you're cutting.

I would say if you're building, don't sacrafice taste and go with Syntha 6. If you're cutting, do your ON combo but add a scoop of Power PB (high protein Peanut Butter) so you slow down the digestion of the casein.

For a blend protein, Syntha 6 is a popular supplement. there are other supplement such as MHP Probolic SR, ISS Miscellar Matrix (i think i spelled it correctly), ON Nitrocore 24, etc. There are more than that I believe. These are all blended in a way to work together. Plus, if you purchase the Whey Casein stack by On, it will cost you more money.

Take home message : Stick with a Whey Isolate during the day, post workout, with meals, etc. Take one of the above mentioned night time protein blends at night as directed.

skip the muscle milk its garbage protein. syntha-6 is the same thing as nitro core 24 but nitro core being a tad better and a little cheaper also if you where taking ON's brand I know you liked there protein because its almost imposible not to like there brand. nitro core 24 has 4g of good fats high in fiber and has and enzyme blend(same thing as syntha-6) I would go with the better brand though so nitro core 24 is my pick for you!

P.S it takes the smae as syntha-6
