Also it’s working really really well for energy appetite suppression etc but it was making me feel very out of it and hard to focus and mind fog and hard to think and getting really anxious and could feel my heart beating sometimes almost felt like I was high in a way just very foggy mind blurry vision and couldn’t focus or get motivated to leave house just sat on my phone for a while, so today I supplemented 200 mg l-Theanine and 500mg l-tyrosine and it helped a lot I feel a little more content and can focus easier now etc but not fully 100% mind focus but better then before
Was it the L Theanine or the l tyrosine that helped me feel better so I know what to continue to dose etc

Was expecting an answer to my what is EC question when I clicked on this thread. Had to google it to find the answer (from wiki).
The ECA stack is a drug combination used in weight loss and as a stimulant. ECA is an initialism for ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin, with variants of it including the EC stack, which removes the aspirin
Man that is some incredibly low blood pressure. Never heard of anyone being in the 60's before unless maybe they lost a lot of blood. Last time I took mine it was 114/72 and I consume fish oil the way some people consume regular oil, buying it on the internet 3 quarts at a time to save money. Yeah my guess is that it's from the fish oil. Hard to believe you got it that low from only 3.4 grams a day. Congrads! Mine was normal for my age before I started mega dosing on fish oils.Last edited by SurfSteve; 03-01-2018 at 12:39 PM.

I had a panic attack tonight a bp spiked I am dropping the E it’s not worth it
I used to smoke meth and this almost triggered some schizophrenia in me or I don’t know so anxious tonight not a full panic attack but since this drug is so close to meth I feel like it’s ****ing with me
The appetite suppression was amazing but I do not want to have a heart attack or ever feel like I did this week again

Stop it, your health is worth more than half a pound per month or what not. Not only the lower value of your BP is too low, the higher is too high! You can get the same result without messing your health up.
I actually used this for a short period, few weeks, at university. First it was very good, I felt it gave me my life back (I had extreme exhaustion from low iron levels, falling asleep all the time, at every class I was taking, constantly fatigued). Then very soon I became unable to concentrate, just like you. Then I was falling asleep even more than before, while my body was in tension, like if it kept my body up and in alert mode, but my brain needed to detach. I stopped because it made me feel worse than before. Now, a bad adrenal problem later, I wouldn't touch it with a stick.“Fight one more round. When your feet are so tired that you have to shuffle back to the centre of the ring, fight one more round. When your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to come on guard, fight one more round. When your nose is bleeding and your eyes are black and you are so tired you wish your opponent would crack you one on the jaw and put you to sleep, fight one more round – remembering that the man who always fights one more round is never whipped.”

Just stop it! Odds are that stuff is no better than meth. Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's good for you. Do your self a favor and go look at some pictures of meth addicts to remind yourself! Laws concerning what is legal and what is outlawed have nothing to do with what is good for you and are based on addiction and profit. Mostly profit! Tigress84 is right. It's not worth the weight it's causing you to loose. Besides that it's not a real weight loss. It's just a drug induced frenzy screwing you up to the point that you are forgetting or not even bothering to eat. There are better and healthier ways to loose weight. You're going to have to pay it back with interest and penalties and odds are more sooner than later that you're going to look back on it with regret.

Not taking my E today I know if you stop it’s hard to start again because you build up using it everyday so I guess I’m done with EC for now, I ran another cut earlier this year and lost a good amount of fat and this one was killer besides the side effects still dropped a good amount of fat in one week though
Also side note I’ve taken high doses of yohimbe before and never got any sort of anxiety

Have you tried just eating less?
If you have the willpower to exercise you surely have enough to do that!
I've noticed since I started drinking cinnamon tea my appetite, especially for sugar has greatly diminished.
One thing bad about cinnamon is that it contains a chemical that is hard on the liver and kidneys. Fortunately the chemical is not water soluble so if you make a tea out of the sticks instead of consuming cinnamon directly the beneficial substances leach out into the tea and the bad stuff stays in the sticks. Another way to avoid it is to buy real Ceylon cinnamon but that stuff can be a little expensive and you have to use a lot more to get the same amount of flavor as regular (cassia) cinnamon (though the flavor is much better in my opinion). I save my Ceylon for cooking and have a 5 pound bag of sticks that I use to make tea so the price is comparable to making coffee.

Far from nonsense; I thought it was common knowledge.
The very first link on google (and nearly others) about cinnamon and liver damage concur.
Coumarin In Cinnamon Causes Liver Damage In Some People
https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/260430.php
To be fair we must distinguish between common (fake) cassia cinnamon which is loaded with coumarin; and (true) Ceylon cinnamon which contains only trace amounts.Last edited by SurfSteve; 03-02-2018 at 01:36 PM.

A link to an article claiming it's complete nonsense might be a good place to start. Pathology is the study of pathogens which are living organisms that cause disease. It has nothing to do with toxicity which is caused by toxic chemicals, other than the fact that combining the two together is worse than either one on it's own.

I'm referencing a healthy liver, the absence of pathology. If a subject is superloading cinnamon then yes, there is cause for concern. Luckily we can prescribe the use of Ceylon which has a lower coumarin content. Your average person isn't going to be superloading cinnamon.
You're citing a study without understanding the forest for the trees.Psych & handcuffs

You're the one accusing me of nonsense and not understanding the forest for the trees when all I'm doing is providing evidence that too much cinnamon can be hard on the liver which is absolutely true as you finally sort of admitted in your last post.
Anyone with a stressed liver, which will eventually happen to most people as they age, needs to be made aware of the additional stress cinnamon can cause and that it can be minimized by boiling cinnamon sticks, because coumarin is not water soluble and will remain behind in them while the beneficial and appetite suppressing compounds will still be present in the tea.
