Hemavol vs. Potassium Nitrate kno3

If you can only pick one, which will it be and why?

Haven't tried the KNO3 yet as i've been a longtime Hemavol user. Isn't both kind of overkill? I feel like i would only use 1 of these not both.

Or you can do what I do and just stack the Potassium Nitrates w/ 1-1.5 g of agmatine + 6-8g citrulline malate

ever just take the Potassium Nitrates only? If so, do you notice a significant difference versus taking w/ cit mal and agmatine?

I use both and trust me it is worth it. THe pumps are insane with hemavol and potassium nitrate. Been doing the combination for almost 2 months now.

it all depends if i'm just taking one of them and nothing else. i'd pick hemavol. if im going to stack it with something else i'd pick KNO3.

I've taken both as well. I've stacked them together and taken them separately. If I had to pick only one, I would choose Potassium Nitrate. In order for Hemavol to work effectively for me, I need two scoops per workout. This means the tub would not last very long. Comparing that to Potassium Nitrate at 4 capsules per workout, it would last a while at a very affordable bang for the buck.

I only tried Hemavol yet but I can tell you that it's definitely the product that gave me the biggest pumps/confidence in the gym so far. You can't be disappointed...

I'll try KNO3 as soon as it hits the Canada store though

Both KNO3 and Hemavol have great benefits and, matter of factly, they do stack nicely together (I typically dose ~2-4 caps of K nitrate and 1-2 of Hemavol on my more hypertrophy-based days for a killer pump).

With research oriented around your specific benefits and budget, both could be an extremely well-suited option to enhance your performance in the gym.
