Great progress pics last page.
Too late.
The girl you posted got lost in the shuffle (well, scuffle) back there, lol. Great find!
And I agree. Strength, flexibility, and grace, and you and I both know what an achievement it is for a woman to have that kind of upper body strength. Dancers (male and female) have a license to incorporate sensual moves into their routines... I did state that it wasn’t a sterile, straightforward display of athleticism.
I had originally intended to post a yoga vid highlighting the crow (?) and plank positions that you had posted. I know you usually post vids highlighting men because similar vids of women are sometimes hard to find, and pics/vids of men are easier for the guys in here to relate to. The yoga vid did have an er*tic aspect to it, again because of the subject’s short shorts, but I thought your man might appreciate the blend of femininity and strength. I won’t post it now. Errbody’s safe.
Serpentarius, At “Rock the Pole”, I guess they use whatever is available, and because jungle gyms are hard to come by they use maypoles.
If they don’t already, maybe male strippers should use poles too. This slo-mo move on the pull-up bar was hot.

Lol we think a like Caprica . And yes you're right...it's a huge achievement for a woman to have that kind of upper body strength. Only hope that I can be that strong one day!
You can send that yoga vid to me btw...definitely trying to get some of those poses down. Hope to join a class once I get up out the south!
On another note....so what thread title do you guys want? I'm seriously considering Matman's suggestion lol

In my gym, guys in the squat rack doing 'bent over rows'. Standing almost upright and using 1/4 ROM and grunting loudly with every rep. Best bit, he had ~130lbs on the bar.

Though it is a weird camera angle, I must admit. I had a full on pasta bloat. The holidays in Spain are messed up, it seems they have randomly chosen dates and I'm not aware of them. I'm trying to bulk using IF, ended up going to the gym and it was closed, had to come back later (Spanish siesta times, damn them), so ate before the gym. Felt so sluggish. Haven't worked out on a full stomach in almost a year. Leg day made me want to vomit.Currently cutting.
