brb chicken legs... just wondering about my form right now. low bar squat.
i know i should step backwards from the cage but that's hard to do on this smith machine thing so whatever.

Pretty much what the others said. Your knees are going forward too far. Depth isn't enough. And we can't see your lower back so I can't judge that.
When you start your squat, your butt needs to be the first thing to move, not your knees. Push your hips back before you even start to bend your knees. Also, I don't know if it's related to the weight you're using or not, but you shouldn't be dropping into the hole that fast. The ideal squat should be the same speed going up as going down. That doesn't mean blaze down and then back up; that's not enough weight. You need to find the right amount of weight and start from there.
Look up and watch some videos on squat form. I've never squatted with a smith machine so I don't know how squatting with it is. But if you can, you should squat without; otherwise, you're robbing your core of an efficient workout.Threads about girls but no pics = negs on sight
