Monday P.M - Sports Specific Workout
Tuesday A.M - lower body
Tuesday P.M - Speed Workout
Wednesday - Sports Specific Workout
Thursday A.M - Upper body
Thursday P.M - Agility Workout
Friday A.M - Lower body
Friday P.M - Sport Specific Workout
Saturday - Conditioning
Note - I might just get rid of the Saturday conditioning workout because my sports specific workout function as skill training and conditioning. We run a hurry up no huddle tempo run first spread so I gotta be in shape.
