Whats up guys? I am wondering if you all could give me some advise on my workout routine, i am just now starting back. I am 6'1 165 lbs. and have a very low % of body fat thanks to many years of playing basketball. I am looking to add some bulk and then try and cut up a little. I am needing to know if it is ok to have the same routine 3 days a week. for example my routine is this:
MWF:
skull crushers 4 x 10 reps
shruggs 4 x 10 reps
hammer curls 3 x 12 reps
bent bar curls 4 x 10 reps
bench press machine 4 x 10 reps
shoulder machine 4 x 10 reps
forearm workout with dumbells
pec machine 4 x 10 reps
ab workout (weighted crunches, weighted leg lifts)
I am also taking protein and creatine to help me out a little. Thanks a lot for any advise.
