    it has been 3 years since i benched 565lbs raw and got injuired. damage both elbow tendons and delt/pec area AT SPERATE workout n diff times over the months n years. worked my way back up n down and build the confidence by benching in working sets- 315lbs for 25 reps, 405lbs for 10-12 reps,500lbs for 5 reps, 520,550,570, then 590lbs.
    work 10 hours a day, spent 3 hours driving n hit the gym hungry n tired on my back workout, i decided to try my new mike bell slingshot for higher numbers since my reactive slingshot kept me injury free for 3 weeks since i got it. had spotters this time bc 2 weeks ago 500lbs rolled out of my right hand as i was reracking it up on the hook and missed, lucky it landed on the bottom hook n missed my head so i didnt want that to happen again. better be safe then sorry.

    i carb loaded n amde 5lbs of brownies n pizza last night, it was my life long goal to bench 400lbs when i was in high school, then 500lbs, now i was going for 605lbs but i didnt complete my back workout , im currently having tendons probs on both elbows, rigth forearms wont let me curl 135lbs for 20 plus reps anymore, herinated disk and sciatic nerve damage, i fight this everyday.
