I dont squat anymore because it hurts my lower back/the bar hurts my shoulders/traps. I was wondering if leg press is a good sub for squats? My leg workouts are leg press/angled leg press/leg extensions/leg curls/calve machine. Should I buy a belt and bring a towel and just mann up or is the leg press good? ( I like leg press, can do alot of weight, and it tears my legs up). I just want the one thats more beneficial

Sorry bro but its not a good alternative. Please for your own good please try a belt and see if you can do it. If worst comes to worst hack squats would be a Better alternative.
I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

there's no substitue for squat...period
on that note, i say review your form and learn to squat without feeling pain...
i imagine...
your lower back hurts because you don't lock it in and you don't tighten your abs...
your traps hurt because you don't pull your shoulder blades close enough together...
search youtube for 'rippetoe squat' and that'll show you everything you need to know...
watch the video, perform squats with the video in front of the mirror and see if that doesn't help...

I used to have the same pain until i began doing them right, I dont think the machine presses are even comparible to squats, look up proper form on the squat, if you have a broom stick in the house practice with that, try and change up footing to a more natural stance. Sometimes Ie. with me, long legs dont do good with close stance, speading my legs out a bit and keeping my toes pointed out did some good. If all else fails, drop the weight, and work on form. Theres always front squats, and hack squats (not the machine).

I like leg press a lot more for leg mass, but squats will give you a much stronger base and overall stronger body in general.
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
