    no xplode? protein shakes? your opinion...

    hey guys,

    i'm a beginner to working out (20 y/o, 125lb, 5'7") trying to look more cut and become less skinny and shrimpy. i was wondering if you guys could suggest some supplemental products i should take; specifically protein shakes. what are the best ones out there for beginners?

    also, is taking no-xplode a good idea for beginners? i heard it isnt bcuz creatine is dangerous & that no xplode only increases the water weight of your muscles... also i dont want to put chemicals in my body.

    how long have you been working out?

    protein and no xplode aren't dangerous at all. there are much better NO products out there such as superpump 250 than no xplode, however. and no xplode is definately not a good source of creatine. you would want something like size on or neovar for creatine, but for a first time just go with some simple creatine monohydrate

    lol i've been working out maybe like 3 weeks... yeah, not much.

    whats the best protein shake you recommend?

    Just start with eating a lot, working out, and protein for your first few months. Later you can get into creatine and pre-workout NOs (nitric oxide).

    I would suggest a weight gainer like Prolab N-large2 or Universal Real Gains which are both similar and pretty economical.

    for your weight and exp. jsut start eating way more food

    you dont need any supps yet.
