idk if i believe this..
if you were lifting before you would have more mass to begin with
wouldn't have much rookie gains when you started your cut, so you lost a chit ton of weight, and put on a lot of mass
if true gjdm, if not, gjdm, nice transformation***Canadian Crew***
Lifts:
1 rep max
Bench:315
Front Squat: 315x2
Dead:495x3

you can brother!! become single haha
Deadlifts x4
Wide Grip Chin ups x3
Close Grip Bent Over Row x3
V-Grip Lat Pull Down x3
Seated Row x3
and after my bicep workout i do 3 sets of supersets consisting of Underhand Narrow Grip Pull Down x7 Overhand WideGrip Pull Down x7 Reverse Overhand WideGrip Pull Down x7. With no rest between these exercises, but a rest between the sets
not sure mate as i copied it from supaturk and never bothered calculating them, you would have to do it yourself if your interested. The diet just cuts carbs out pretty early in the day (inb4 broscience) and whenever i plateaued in losing wight, i cut out more carbs accordingly

diet was good? or immaculate? because i don't deviate from my diet one bit during the week (not even a biscuit or jelly bean or sauce). I drink hard friday and saturday night, and eat whatever the eff i want on a sunday, huuuuuuge amounts of food. I think the excessive amounts of carbs on the weekend shock my system so when i diet during the week, its more effective, thats just how it feels for me.
and i train HARD, never go down in weight and never miss a day, exercise or set
