Is there a difference between muscle mass and muscle growth?

I've been trying to find a workout program for muscle growth on myfit.ca, then I came across something that puzzled me, some programs are marked muscle mass, and some are marked muscle growth, I can't figure out the difference, both programs seem the same to me, except the muscle mass ones are longer, they seem to me like they aim at indurance.

Not sure of the context. Muscle mass might be more hypertrophy/size-oriented, while muscle growth might be more strength-oriented. Won't know enough without more information. But I recommend you stick to a good strength-based routine for now like Rip's SS, or look at Nat1's thread for some other ideas.
