First post on to bodybuilding forum. I've learned a lot through the website about my body and would like some feedback.
Begininng of May '06 I started going to the gym with the ECA stack and a controled diet. I weighed about 230 pounds, and now its June '06 and I am at 219. I know I shouldn't look mainly on the scales, but I don't have a caliper so I have no idea about my body fat %.
I do 15 mins of cardio then lift and do 15 mins of cardio right after lifting 5-6 times a week.
I want to know if I'm making good progress or I could pick it up a little bit?
Also, I am off the ECA stack for awhile but I need to know if there are any other supplements that can help me lose fat?

Definately man! I can tell that you've toned up in that short amount of time. Keep at it man, you've got a better base to start from than most, and I feel that if you stick with it and keep lifting hard that you will transform that body into a muscle powerhouse. Keep up the good work!
