    Is enriched bread actually "bad" for you?

    I try to avoid it, but sometimes it's easier to grab something from Subway during the work week. Even their "wheat" bread is enriched.

    So, how bad is eating enriched bread?

    enriched basically means they just added back some vitamins and minerals in the bread..like he said not that bad..it just might not be as healthy as something that was more natural
