Looking big, D! Abs are gone, but such is life when you're bulking. You might wanna ease off a little bit with 2.5lbs/week, but I've noticed your lifts shooting up so I'm sure it's difficult to stop eating. Are you still running IF on the bulk?

Nice work on those deads Danny --- you did 4 easy peasy reps on my 2RM, and it looked like you could have got 3 or 4 more. The best rep for leg drive was the last one
Strong pull-ups as well
That RDL vid looked excellent for those 330 reps
Nice pics chubs!
Jk.....you are looking really thick and strong there. Mirin' those arms, front lats and serratus and that back density. Plenty of definition as well!"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Nah matey I am on the way back up, my cut finished the moment I set foot in Las Vegas lol!
Bring it bruh
Yeah they nearly came out for good but hey ho... I'd rather have strength than abs anyways! I hear you on the 2.5lbs, it's hard to tell how much is water and how much IS chub but my waist and hips are gaining so it's safe to say it's definitely there... I am still doing IF yes, it's legendary eating all those calories in a short time frame mmmm
That's an old video of the RDL's. Not tried them that heavy recently. Shouldn't be a problem but wouldn't be able to rep for 10 I don't think. The Deads felt good. I took into account what everyone has said, more neutral head rather than looking up (although this made me feel a bit off balance) kept the bar as close as possible and I feel my legs where doing more of the lift. It wasn't bad but like I say I was feeling a bit rough, I definitely reckon I could of got at least one more rep. Might have to get a belt I don't know yet.
Thank youuuuuuuuuu!"Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

Thanks mate. I'm trying to get some width. I've got some decent thickness but I don't look very wide. My traps have improved since last year as they where very poor effort. I put a top on from last year (was a bit baggy) but the great thing when I looked in the mirror... my traps where bursting out! I was like GET THE F*CK IN!!! Always had a sh*tty neck.

That lat spread in your avi shows you width and your lats look wideasfuk in the FDB
In that BDB you are squeezing your scaps together so it makes you look less wide --- it's still an impressive pic though.
You've got plenty of mass and balance to hit the stage. At a guess you would hit the stage at 165lbs and 5-6% now if you kept all of your mass.....that's a pretty good first time presentation in a show. Plus you're used to posing.........all that time spent in front of the camera"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Enjoyed the session. Felt like I was going to snap on the last rep of my 5+ set, had to lean back a bit to get some help from my Chesticles, glad I pushed for it though rather than quit. New Dip challenge for me is to get four sets of 20 out at bodyweight, I really liked the stretch these where giving. Lateral Raises still not good on my wrist, had a bad sleep last night because of it, felt like it had frozen up. Might have to neck some meds soon.

solid work bro!
two technical questions: ( no critique, no hate intended)
* is it really legit to lean out to recruit chest muscles - I would suggest to incorporate klokov presses hone in a more correct angle
* yea, I know it's about a challenge to do 20 dips BW, but why not do weighted now and then?my workout log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147657213

I only had to bring my chest into play for that last rep. Rest was delts and tris. Never liked pressing behind the neck, doesn't feel right.
I do weighted dips on bench press day. Last session I did +25kg x 10 x 3. Doing weighted on both OHP and BP day will be too much for my joints. All about balance."Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

Haha ya cheeky kunt. I need to do some more posing practice and yeah you're right I shouldn't squeeze my scaps together.
I think you're right about 165 - 5-6% although I'm hoping after this eating fest is over with that would be closer to 170 - 5-6%.
Before I said I wanted to enter a comp just to say I've done what I said I would... But more and more I am thinking I want to win whilst I'm at it ha"Ain't nothing to it but to do it"
