Honestly bubs, the difference those shoes make isn't huge, but with consideration to your last snatch, would have the difference between what you did, and a perfect lift.

These are very good questions, but it's hard for me to know. It's a fukton of resistance, like I can't add more weight and do it for reps. The bottom has a lot less than the top, but it's still there fore sure. Makes my triceps burn like a mother!
The hardest part is that I have to do them fast though- so not only the resistance but controlling the bar. If you remember, not all that long ago the bar wobbled all over the damn place. Now it's a smooth motion, but it's tough with this band.___________________________________________________________
