Because I love it
I do different body-parts every day, is this o.k or should I dedicate days off?
My aim is mass.

People are going to ask you to post your routine, and anyone who does should be able to answer this question without even seeing your routine. Just knowing that you're working out 7 days per week is enough to tell you that you could highly benefit from some program alterations.

This. ^^^^^^
OP - If your intensity is high enough, chances are you wouldn't be going at it 7 days a week.
Then again, it depends on what you call "working out". If you're hitting the weights for 4 days, then jogging 1 day, swimming 1 day, and playing basketball for a couple hours, some might call that "working out" for 7 days, while others would only count the 4 that included weights.
I digress.
Take at least a day off every week to let your muscles recover. If you're concentrating on mass, you want to give your body some time to grow a bit between all the lifts, right?the crew that poop poop poops crews crew

also to what every one else above said.. if your working out 7 days a week no matter how much u may love it, you will slowly lose passion and focus, then you will quit.. thats the prob most new people make is they rush into it. bodybuilding takes months to see results and years to perfect dont rush it...
and on top of that remember this you grow out of the gym not in the gym...MMC 2009 Conan

your not really workin out like you should be if you can go 7 days a week. unless your on gear man.
4-5 days a week, up the intensity.
its obvious to think the more often you workout the bigger youll get and faster... not the case at all"Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer."
-dont know who said it but it made bill gates kinda rich.

- intensity + volume
try a 4-5 day split so you also have time to recover, remember you don't grow in the gym you grow when your resting.. with that said find a 4-5 day split which hits every bodypart and give yourself time to recover, eat, train and rest with these fundamentals you will see a big difference
