    Beta Alanine overdose?

    I?m currently taking purple wraath during my early morning cardio, vaso xplode preworkout, and body octane during my workout?. Then one more serving body octane 5 hours later (I workout around 11). Is this too much beta alanine? Is it possible to overdose on this stuff, or am I ok? I?m not experiencing any bad sides or anything, just making sure that I?m not going to cause any long term damage or something?..

    PW has ~1.5 grams per scoop.
    VX has ~2 grams per 2 scoops.
    BO has 1.6 per scoop.
    = 5-6 grams

    So are dosing at about the upper end of the recommended dose per day.

    Unless you have beta-alaninaemia there is nothing wrong with taking in 5-6g. You may feel some flushing but that's about it. I personally dose pretty high on BA.
