I did during the summer for a couple vacations. I got down 123-124 ish and felt mad skinny. I'm maintaining around 128ish right now and overall I feel better at a heavier weight.
Nice to see you, have a great weekend!
Got to the gym late today. I was tired, slept in and felt lazy.

Thanks ladies, I do more lurking than posting myself. I'm basically here to keep track of workouts and numbers...nothing fancy here.
I'll probably be going back to my split within the next week or 2. I did pull out all DB work for chest to give my shoulder a needed break. Overall I'm feeling pretty good...maybe give it a few more weeks.

I find using a close grip causes my shoulders to rotate too much in an akward position...possibly causing impingements down the road no thank you.
I prefer a wider grip and I'm able to pull more smoothly to mid torso/lower pec line. At the top of the movement upper/lower arm should form a 90 degree angle. The movement itself hits the posterior/lateral delts, traps and some mid back muscles.
Overall yes, more comfortable and just works better for me.National Level Competitor (Female BB)

Strong numbers as always! Oh, yeah, Columbus Day, that explains why the gym wasn't busy as I rolled in at 8:30am. I usually get there earlier because it gets crowded after 8:30, but it wasn't this morning.

Blasphemy. I do not wish the weekend to end. I did not even think about the gym being dead today. I'm sorry I missed out on the peace abd quiet but I don't think my body can take a 4th day in a row. Everything is sore today.

Hi there! Nice to see you our of lurk mode.
Hi Swoosh! I'm missing out on so many journals because I'm out straight. I'm doing great, hope you are too!
Barely 2 weeks into Oct and I've been through 6 bags of Halloween candy! I take full responsibilty for eating a good 90% of it...omg...I'm out of control! My youngest sister is getting married next Sept. I've been asked to be a bridesmaid, along with my other sister and my oldest daughter. So not my style, but I'm her sister so I can't say no. Anyhoo, we're going shopping this Sat for her gown and we're going to try to get color schemes and styles for our dresses as well. Needless to say, I better back off this fukin candy or I won't be trying on anything!
I had a nice rest day and hit it hard today. The weights up nice and smooth...must be all the candy...

Candy and cookies give you super powers dontcha know Nice sessions Kimm!
Good luck with gown shopping and choosing colors. I went with black gowns that each girl choose herself with red and silver accessories. There are sooo many ugly brides maids gown out there it ridiculous! If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

Never underestimate the power of candy.
I'm not the bridesmaid type either. I did it once and hope to not do it again. If its your sister you almost have to. One of my closest friends is getting married next Spring and I'm hoping she loves me enough NOT to ask me to be in it.

Thanks ladies. My husband was freaking out the other day. He starts yelling, "Holy fuk, these kids are eating way too much candy and need to back off!" I was like, "Ummmmm it's me godammit and I can't stop!"
The last time I was a bridesmaid was over 15 yrs ago at my other sister's wedding. We though this sister was never going to get married. We joked and busted her chops for years when she started dating her husband to be. He was only 21 at the time and she was 32...we never thought it would last! I am so not bridesmaid material and my entire family would agree. Funny story, the groom obviously has some very young friends. They originally had me walking down the aisle with one of guys. The more they thought about it and they started talking, they thought that my physique was a bit overpowering compared to this guy and it would possibly freak him out. So they decided that it would be better if I walked down the aisle with my youngest brother Aaron...because he's more used of my look.
I think the color is going to be a very dark purple, same type of material, but we're all going to wear a different style. We don't want the typical bridesmaid dress look...something more unique.
I found this one and I'm hoping to try it on in the store:
