The day after you work out your arms should they feel softer?

Say you work out your arms on Monday. On Tuesday will they feel a little softer or smaller? But then they grow back to normal or bigger on Thursday?

Is that how it usually is?

Man, I've never heard that one. You might be getting used to the pump you get on the same day and when it goes down the next day thinking your arms have gotten softer and smaller. I wish the pumped look would never go away. But it always does.
