Tried Mr Hyde preworkout last night. Seems pretty legit. Got some good tingles from the BA and was pretty pumped up during my session. This is coming from someone who barely feels old forumla Jack3d or (new) Craze. Inb4 I use it next session again and feel nothing though.

What do you do for abs? And more specifically obliques.. Obliques like yours are pretty much my favourite look, want them so bad myself.. I think its largely a genetics thing as I've seen many shredded as hell guys that don't have them like that.. But can't hurt to try

i dont train them consistently at all. hanging leg raises, but i havent done them since i changed gyms several months ago. when i was younger like 20 i remember doing like a side raise type thing while being on a roman chair sideways. if you get what im saying. just genetic i guess

Looking to pick up some canned chili. What are the recommendations? Right now Cattle Drive is my fav, but I can only get it at Costco.

I usually get the Stag or Hormel turkey chili because the macros are the friendliest

Yeh I think its mostly genetics as well, especially that particular type of obliques.. Doesn't seem to matter how shredded you are, either have it or don't.. Fingers and toes crossed I do, its definitely one of my favourite looks with abs.. And I do those sideways hangy things already haha

always wanted to try that one. i am also the type to not feel these things much. then again i take the recommended serve if that.. noticed if you weigh a scoop it isn't a full serve. but people take like 5-6 scoops of stuff.
if the effects lessen stack it with Dr. Jekyll and report back. inb4 dead

did you mix the protein with the pancakes or did you add it on top of the pancakes in a sludge with the cream cheese?

essentially all of those ingredients (except the syrup and graham cracker) were mixed together and poured batter onto the griddle. put syrup and graham cracker on when they were done. theres no sludge involved.

i just read the box bro. i measured it for my macros but all you do is put in some pancake mix, protein powder, then 2 eggs, then a splash of milk till you get a good pancake batter consistency. cook them on lower heat

I had the same sh!t. It was so bad my friends and wife nick named me sniffles. What I did was starting taking Oil of Oregano (pill), Mega Men multi from GNC, and a shot of Natural Apple Cider Vinegar with the "Mother" twice a day. Have not been sick since and I am pushing myself harder in the gym now and just feel better.

Pour in pan on medium heat
Cook til done

-2 crushed dark chocolate and oat Nature Valley bar
-drizzle some WF syrup and mix
-let sit in freezer for 10-15 minutes

Cals: 450 F: 9g C: 57g P: 46g
