Tried Mr Hyde preworkout last night. Seems pretty legit. Got some good tingles from the BA and was pretty pumped up during my session. This is coming from someone who barely feels old forumla Jack3d or (new) Craze. Inb4 I use it next session again and feel nothing though.

i dont train them consistently at all. hanging leg raises, but i havent done them since i changed gyms several months ago. when i was younger like 20 i remember doing like a side raise type thing while being on a roman chair sideways. if you get what im saying. just genetic i guess

I was thinking of doing IF so I wouldn't accidently eat too much during days I drink, since I usually end up drinking more than expected and end up going over my cals... Than I realized drinking on a complete empty stomach around 7 pm, OH LAWD.

Yeh I think its mostly genetics as well, especially that particular type of obliques.. Doesn't seem to matter how shredded you are, either have it or don't.. Fingers and toes crossed I do, its definitely one of my favourite looks with abs.. And I do those sideways hangy things already haha

always wanted to try that one. i am also the type to not feel these things much. then again i take the recommended serve if that.. noticed if you weigh a scoop it isn't a full serve. but people take like 5-6 scoops of stuff.
if the effects lessen stack it with Dr. Jekyll and report back. inb4 dead

i never thought of doing this. basically tare your scale with the cooking spray. then log the difference.
i always just log 1 serve. im not too generous with it anyway.

in total i think 3 years. i just don't have any before photos. who could know that the could come in handy one day?
was lifting on and off over the past few years but now started in december to lift 4 times a week...that's when the progress came.

You guys gotta try this.
I made mine differently
-1 serving Greek yogurt
-1 scoop of whey
-2 crushed dark chocolate and oat Nature Valley bar
-drizzle some WF syrup and mix
-let sit in freezer for 10-15 minutes
Cals: 450 F: 9g C: 57g P: 46g
Found my new pre/post workout meal or just the meal to eat when I wake up in the middle of the night.
