    Thumbs up Just started adding weight to dips and pull-ups!

    And it is ****ing amazing! First set was with a 10 lbs, then I did 3x5 with a 25 lbs. Form probably sucked, but man did those exercises kick my ass.

    I don't think I can ever go back to BW only. Just thought I'd share.
