Milk is great for the body. Its water with protein (and some calcium and D)
A little background. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin stored most in the skin. The human body can produce its own via untraviolet exposure. If you spend too much time indoors (as most people do these days) you need a dietary source of D. The gov. stepped in years ago adding D to some foods to avoid rickets since most foods contain very little D. A good source of D other than fortified foods is chicken skin.doctorben@cyber-rights.net

whole milk is horrible, want to know what all milk really has in it?
go look on the side of a cerial box and look on the side where it says with 1/2 cup of skim milk double that to get a cup of milk
skim milk is the only good milk, when drinking it on a gallon level
Milk is great maybe the best thing in the world for lifters of the ironI've seen a 15 year old deadlift 440 lbs. first time ever touching a weight
I've witnessed a begginer increase there total 350 lbs. the first month
I myself can show you men bench pressing 821 lbs. men deadlifting nearly 940 lbs. men squatting 1104 lbs.
Powerlifting the sport of imposibility to Bodybuilders everywhere
Whats my post workout drink? half a bottle of Jack Daniels No. 7 sounds about right
