Hey I am doing CEX right now with the exact same goal as you. It's working really good for me so far. You can check out my log at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=394506 . It is deffinately helping me hold onto my muscle while cutting and giving me more energy for cardio. The BCAA's are also a great idea for before and after lifting and especially cardio. If you want any advie holla.

    DAY 1

took 1 teaspoon before and after the gym. Just as everyone said before it tastes nasty, but i drink greygoose on the rocks, so it wasnt that bad.
i was a little tired before i got to the gym

    Arms
i did barbell curl 95x8 95x7 95x6 so i ran out for energy
tri rope 3 (120x8) so i guess i was warming up

seated preacher curls 3 (85x8) so nothing different

skull crushers 3 (70x12) felt like doing more reps

hammer curls 30x8 40x8 50x3 whiled by 40x6, 30x6 shouldnt gon that heavy here but i start heating up

    closegrip bench 3(135x8) nothing differernt

then i finished with some cables as burnout sets for both bis and tris

nothing special but its been dayone

today i will be doing back so lets see if my lifts go up.
