I would say it's looking pretty good but doesn't look like you are locking out many of the first few possibly due to grip? At 26 seconds on you were locking the weights out well but your hips started out lower. I'd keep them up higher like you did on the first few as this brought your knees forward a bit more. Need to keep those knees behind the bar which means need to spread them out more. It's a tough position to get in. Butt up slightly more, knees out more, scapula behind/over bar, and lower back arched, shoulders rounded... lol It's the first two which is what I saw as really the only issues.
This was right as you were breaking the weight off the ground and your hips were starting off a bit lower. Knees need to be behind that bar.

Yep, pointing the toes out more will help open the knees up more too. Also, bringing the hips up just a tiny bit will help bring them behind the bar as well. Having them in front of the bar just kills the off the floor power and bad position to start in to get into lockout position.

Man that deadlift session from Sunday still has me trashed. Even my front delts still feel sore from front squatting if I raise my arm up. Should be an interesting bench session today trying to go for another PR. Gotta keep working for dat dere 300 bench.

PWO's kill my sleep. I can't go to sleep of I take them after 6 or 7pm. My brain will think of the most random things and do it for hours. I hate being woken up in the middle of the night. My wife does that to me if I'm snoring and I have to try not to yell at her for it.

Sort out your sleep issue brah. Try deloading from all caffeine/preworkouts etc
Sounds dumb.
Take a small amount of coffee before you train maybe? That might help you train but let you fall asleep. PWO's contain lots of chit and are expensive.

a little bit of inspiration in case you needed it:
a friend of mine went to hawaii our freshman year and ended up with surfer's myelopathy the first time (i believe) that she had ever touched a surf board. basically a blood vessel gets kinked that leads to the spine and obviously tissue without bloodflow for a while dies.. she was wheelchair bound for a long time but is slowly starting to walk more and more... it is relatively pretty rare (the foundation's website says only 9 cases between january 01 to december 02). pretty damn inspiring to see her on campus always with a smile on her face, especially when she grabs her crutches.

Margaritas were a bad choice last night.
So ridiculous that they get rid of wrestling, yet they will keep "sports" like trampolining and speed walking. To me, this is a sign of the decline of the human race and of the pussification of man worldwide.Celer, Silens, Mortalis - - - - - Meet Lifts: 584/385/600 @ 229 - - - - - Gym Lifts: 600/405/605

Hey man I had no interest in getting either a ps3 or a 360 until I played Gears. Chainsawing / bayonet charge is just too damn fun.
