it sucks how hard you have to work to make some gains and how fast it is to lose them. i've been in jail for about 1 week and lost a lot of mass. i know my diet was super ****ty and i was barely drinking any water but dang. tomorrow i start lifting again and see how long it''l take to get it back

Jail diets are specifically designed around soy and other estrogen-ic foods to lower T levels. Hardly bulk friendly, unless you like putting fat on like a woman.
