ive heard many theories on training arms. is it tri's before bi's or vice versa?
whats your opinion?
(i have my own routine --not asking for help, just asking for opinions)

speaking of arms, what are those you got there, 15 inch pipes? adjusting for your ego on your bodyspace i'll go ahead and say they're 14.5 inches, I remember being built like a high schooler too, perhaps you could benefit from a dedicated arm day. monday- arms---bis/tris/forearms
tuesday-LEGS!
wednesday-shoulders
thursday- chest
friday- back/calves (again)

I would train what ever muscle you feel is your weaker muscle first. If its biceps, Id hit a bicep movement then tricep movement. Or vice Versa, keeping in mind that your tricep is 2/3 rd's of your arm so train them accordingly. If I do Bi's and Tri's together that's the way I hit them. Ill hit triceps first and then a bicep movement. Hope I coud be of any help!
