Right now I do the following:
Monday = Chest
Tuesday = Shoulders
Wed = Bis/Tris
Thur = off
Fri = Back
I'm going to switch to a more 'cutting' phase now and was thinking about doing the following:
Sun = off
Mon = Chest & Tris
Tues = Cardio
Wed = Back & Bis
Thurs = Cardio
Friday = Shoulders & Abs
Sat = Cardio & some legs
Along with this I was thinking about working in a standard ECA stack, which I've never done before but am open to trying. I've worked hard for 4 months now on the previous plan and have taken my bench from 205 to 305. The fat I carried before is still there, it went along for the ride. My waist got a little bit smaller but basically I weigh the same now as I did 4 months ago. I transitioned some fat weight to muscle weight. The muscle is there but could look a lot better by shedding surface fat. Thing is I don't want to lose too much of the strength I've worked so hard over the last 4 months to gain.
I'm 5 foot 8 and weight 216. I probably need to shed about 30 pounds. I'm 33 years old.
I've never done an official 'cutting phase' so here are my questions:
1. Do you lift just like you always have during cutting?
2. Does my proposed plan look okay or are the combined body parts wrong?
2. Do you stay on Whey protein and CEE during cutting?
3. Would you discourage me from doing an ECA stack?
(The supplements I take are On Whey, CEE, Trib at night, Fish oil, multi, green tea pill, Glocophase XR, and Lean Xtreme. I also from time to time work in free radical killers like Grape Seed extract and Vit. C.)
Thank you for your help.
