I'm 18 years old and I started working out back in May 2013...I weighed 213 lbs. at the time. Over the last 6 months I've lost about 28 lbs. and I've been pretty happy with the results I've been seeing. Check out the comparison of my before and after pictures and give me feedback. Should I start to bulk up now or cut more weight? Any feedback or constructive criticism is appreciated...
