On deck for a leg day later on tonight!! will probably hit some tri's and bi's in the afternooon
Thinking it might be a Stim-X day for me as well.... gonna go with Black Cherry Lime most likely, i LOVE that stuff!
Been watching quite a few horror movies lately actually. Watched The Invitation a few night ago..and i HIGHLY recommend it - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2400463/
Another movie that i highly recommend , is Get Out - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5052448/
And lastly, another one movie that you should watch, is Dont Breathe - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4160708/
those are the ones that come to mind
They aren't really halloween movies though...more suspenseful horror
edit - The Descent is another really good one - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0435625/Last edited by dubbwebb; 10-24-2017 at 11:19 AM.

1988 or so, John Carpenter's Prince of Darkness; those religious connected horror movies really creep me out mentally.

Had limited time so i did this:
Lat Pulldown Warmup - 2 sets
Pull Ups - 90 secs rest
BWx14, 11, 8, 7
BB Bent Over Rows - reverse grip alternate sets
DB One Arm Row - 60 secs rest
4 Sets: 70x12
DB Incline Curl - 60 secs rest
Set 1 : 20x15
Set 2 : 25x12
Set 3 : 30x10
Set 4 : 35x6
Set 5 : 35x7, 30x4, 25x5, 20x6
SUPERSET
Cable Seated Row / EZ-Bar Spider Curl - 60 secs rest
3 Sets: 120x16 / 45x12
Set 4 : 120x18 / 45x12 (squeeze and hold on rows, hold & 3-4 sec eccentric on curls)
39 minutes. I spent an hour and a half putting together a new piece of equipment this morning. But I normally don't take more than 50-60 minutes anyway on any workout.
I alternate weeks between this and
Lat Pulldown Warmup - 2 sets
Weighted Pullups - 4 sets (today was supposed to be but I didn't do warmup)
BB Deadlifts - 4 sets
DB One Arm Preacher Curls (8 set pyramid)
SUPER - Cable Rows / Spider Curls (should probably change that to hammer curls)“God will not have his work made manifest by cowards†- RWE

My number one Halloween movie:
A Nightmare on Elm Street
I saw the original when I was probably 10-11 years old at a friend's house (my parents never would have let me watch it), and I didn't sleep right for weeks. A true horror classic.
Today's workout was my usual hour long swim this morning and hitting some Bis and Tris later at the gym.
I'm in for some AGGRO this week. I'd really love to run that!Army Vet (11A)

Ready for this weekend! Got football tomorrow and the fair on Sunday. Then back to the grind on Monday. But I'm only 30 days away from another trip to Disney! Almost to my Goal of 250 before thanksgiving! staying steady at 259. Down from 316! Still working on it and it WILL come!
Was hoping to get to try the SEMTEX and see how that would do for me. So that's what I am putting my hat in for this week.
Oh and Halloween is the wife's birthday so I have that to look forward to as well.
Edit: I forgot to put my choice for ultimate scariest movie for me. EVENT HORIZON never made it all the way through!!

Might have to watch this again sometime as well...actually, im definitely going to now that i think of it
Anyone watch The Evil Within? Its a new horror movie that came out recently, its a total throwback to old 70's-80's horror flicks. Thinking of watching it tonight....
Looks pretty cheesy, but in all the right ways haha

Throwing an entry in with Hellraiser because I recently watched them and they were solid horrors! They're on Netflix if anyone hasn't seen them. The Evil Dead is also a classic horror with ridiculous hilarious effects.
