I rarely post, but holy f**k brahs, I had to share this. Any nasal allergy brahs, stuffy nose brahs, or want-to-improve-sense-of-smell brahs have to buy this!
Looks weird as sh*t, but I can actually say that this has significantly improved comfort in sleep and general breathing for me. I'm a seasonal allergy and generally stuffed nose brah, but symptoms are almost gone now. You feel the difference immediately after the first try, and only gets better with time.
Use it once daily, cheap as fu*k, and it's not a time consuming habit, takes 30 seconds or less out of my day.
Just use it, then wait 15-30 seconds, and blow your nose.
Recommended for everyone.

Peace Lily plant (strong misc name)
Come home and my bedroom smells fresh and the air is a lot less dry.
Price depends on size. The one I just bought was $21 (Lowe's). But smaller ones were in the $10s and the most expensive was like $41 (no thanks)** 52 Books in 52 Weeks Crew **

Got recommended this.. or similar, a sinus rinse.. ages ago. Made me so sick everytime I used it, just kickstarted the flow of mucus. I always had a runny nose basically and every 8 weeks or so I'd be sick for 3 days where my nose just didn't stop running and I'd go through about 4+ toilet rolls of paper blowing my nose. All the netipot did was make that start early, and my body just produced more mucus to replace the mucus that got drained out.. or because something was stimulated up in my nose it produced more mucus to combat the unknown... I dunno. Got Nasonex and I am 100% clear and have been for years.

depending on the price yea i'd go for it. Like i said its a little annoying to have to stick those pads on and keep them on you. he would have to lay on his stomach and have the pads stuck to him. Depending on ur dads lower back pain causes it might be better to get him a in-chair massage thing.
