I'm at 2200 and almost exactly the same. I haven't been on the scale in two weeks. I try and avoid it preferring to use the mirror since fat reduction is actually what I'm after. However, I can definitely see an decrease in that. I will see if the scale confirms it or if it messes with my head tomorrow.

Jlister, your calories should definitely be higher... just very slowly RD and your metabolism will recover.
What I think some people seem to forget, is that your metabolic rate, cutting macros etc. are all unique to you.
Genetics and your daily life/routine play a larger role than how big you are. Somebody who works in construction will obviously have a higher TDEE than somebody who sits at a desk all day.
I'm only 5'9 and weigh 130 lbs and my maintenance calories are ~2800.
Anyway... my point is, stop asking everyone what their macros are or "are these macros right for me?? plz respond"
It doesn't matter what other people are cutting on. Find the macros that work for you, just be smart about it. Don't eat less than a 100 lb bikini model.

Don't panic, there is a difference between metabolic adaptation (aka slowed metabolism) and metabolic damage. Reverse dieting to get your maintenance up is a good idea. Then when you start to cut make it a conservative deficit. You should aim to diet on the highest cals possible.

Mine are similar but I go for 2000 calories, 200 protein, 75 carb, and 100 fat.
I don't always hit them exactly but that's what I try for on my low carb days. On my high carb day I eat at maintenance (close to 2700) and around 300+ carbs.
Today my actual macros ended up being 1,868 calories, 76carbs, 87 fat, and 209 protein. A little low but I just wasn't that hungry.
As far as the fat thing, personally I need to keep fats sort of high because I get moody if I don't.

I'm 99% sure that nobody posting in the SCC has metabolic damage. Maybe if you've lived in Africa all your life eating only plastic bags and shoes can I say you have a damaged metabolism. During a long cut, your metabolism might slow down, but it's not damaged, and it can be reversed with a RD.

that is exactly what it means.
calm down, metabolic damage is bullchit which was cooked up by layne norton so he can scaremonger people into buying his meal plans & coaching.
for your stats you should be cutting anywhere in the ballpark of 1700-1900 calories. this could very well be 1400 if you aren't very active.
weight loss slows down because your maintenance changes. its not "metabolic damage"
if you want to eat more. then be more active. do some cardio. its really not that complicated.
are you losing weight?
don't worry about what people itt are eating. most of them are on chit. worry about yourself.

1400 would have to be around his BMR though.
