Those are all really great tattoos. The peacock feather one is awesome.. very original. I think I've posted mine before but you may not have seen it.


the green zeus tattoo was the original inspiration. I wanted something like that blue instead of green. I saw a still of Liz Taylor as cleopatra and thought it would be perfect.

Ummm not sure in grams, but 3-4 eggs a day and then will have either 1 large or 1.5 medium turkey/chicken breast or about 200g of minced beef (ground beef to the yanks)
and a protein shake on gym days

most of it i eat in one meal tbh, im a hungry hungry hippo

I always feel like the 2.2 g /kg is far too much. I know its pretty accepted as a BB'ing figure, but every nutrition book I've ever read has put the average RDI at 50g/female/day and 70g/male/day.

I'm just whining because I hate chewing so much tbh LOL

I get in about 130gr daily - the protein farts are horrible. Feel bad for everyone in my kickbox classes. Smells so foul.

I actually meet this fairly easily. The only time I don't is when I have a vegetarian meal and even then I'm still usually over 100 grams. Some days I'll eat up to 160 grams.
