Doing that is against the rules. Its all about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Most of my infractions are from over sensitive female mods and "avatar violations".

It may be against the rules as written somewhere, but the mods themselves will tell you they don't care (I've asked...was told they don't care and it doesn't matter)

I've never been infracted or banned on bb.com, but I've seen others mod negged or infracted, etc and it's usually a female misc mod or RH section mod or something. I recall last year in the ov35 misc one of the female section mods visited and dished out a bunch of stuff and banned a couple people.

I had a ban a couple years ago. Gas prices were up and there were a ton of threads in the misc about gas prices. I must have missed the ban hammer warning about no more gas threads and I made one about flatulence. Was gone for a week. Otherwise I must be pretty lame on the board.

It took them a while to get them to me. I got nervous and followed up and Kate replied back that they were shipping that day. It was like 10 days or so later after she originally confirmed. There was also no tracking numbers or shipping confirmation or anything, they just arrived.
