Yes, there is a vastly numerous amount of situations, debacles, and circumstances more infuriating and interminable than drying out a deep spill from textile, probably because the liquid you happened to spill on your carpet was not coffee, tea, paint, or mustard, but water.

That's a pretty solid assessment of where he's at on today's slow, high-bouncing hardcourts. The drop shot is a waste of time and no matter how sharp the angle, those guys are 10ft+ behind the baseline scrambling side to side chasing everything down.
I've been following tennis for 25 years but when Federer calls it a day my interest in it will drop off unless they speed the courts up again to promote different styles. Watching two juiced up sluggers go at it for 5 hours becomes boring. Years ago the only place you saw those kinds of rallies was on clay. Sadly even Wimbledon (grass) has become like that. I used to enjoy seeing matchups with contrasting styles like Sampras vs. Agassi. Now they're all the same.

Again, not sure if it is a set or match or what. But it was the 2nd one, they were already into it when I showed up in the gym. Finished my workout and they were just finishing as I was leaving.
I ain't no tennisologist, but I've never had a game of Wii Tennis last that long.-

Concurred.
Wait... a match consists of 5 matches? Damn.. tennis is retarded.
Wait, google says I was right. A tennis match consists of 5 sets.
" Scoring
Main article: Tennis score
Match
The outcome of a tennis match is determined through a best of three or five sets system. Recreational players may agree to play any number of sets, depending upon time availability or stamina. On the professional circuit, men play best-of-five-set matches at all four Grand Slam tournaments, Davis Cup, and the final of the Olympic Games and best-of-three-set matches at all other tournaments, while women play best-of-three-set matches at all tournaments. The first player to win two sets in a best-of-three, or three sets in a best-of-five, wins the match.[42] A set consists of games, and games, in turn, consist of points.
In tournament play, the chair umpire announces the end of the match with the well-known phrase "Game, set, match" followed by the winning person's or team's name. The final score in sets is always read with the winning player's score first, e.g. "6–2, 4–6, 6–0, 7–5"."-

Subtle differences.
Some teams go for power hitting, others for contact hitting. Some invest their money in batting, others in pitching. Some teams sacrifice defense for hitting, etc.
It isn't near as noticeable as say with NFL teams with drastically different offenses and defenses, etc.-
