Welllll, I'm still waiting to hear back on that prison job I applied for in Edmonton..and in the meantime we're kind of in a financial pickle and may have to move to Moncton (if my gf gets the job she has an interview for today), but I'm hoping everything works out for the best in the end. Lots to think about I guess!

Hey guys, just popping in for a quick sec to say hey..."hey." Been super busy, off work now for 8 weeks to help look after my little Hulk...Connor James Ward born May 2nd 1145 am, 9 lbs 14.8 oz 21.75" long. He's awesome, the wife is well and our 15 mth old little girl is adjusting lol.

Have you ever sat down and figured out what your calorie intake should be compared to what you put in? have you done macros on your meals/days? are you really clean eating or is there stuff added to the foods you buy like sodium and additives and oils? Are you eating wheat and taking in dairy? coffee with cream and or sugar?

Congratz man, kids give a whole meaning to your life. I think 2 is enought meaning for me though. lol
How is everyone else doing, seen Flex has been trollololololin the misc. Damn weight change is bogglin my mind, the week before I lost 1 pound this past week I lost 5lbs without changing anything, well except I piged out more on friday then usual. The weekend before my my sons 1st but didnt have any cake because friday is when I have my cheat meal. This friday I ate half the cake, a medium pizza fri dominos and 8 boneless wings. Felt good man.You may delay, but time will not.
Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.
Don’t wait for moods. You accomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has got to get down to work.
Yesterday is a cancelled cheque. Tomorrow is a promissory note. Today is the only cash you have, so spend it wisely.
If you do give up though just think. The sooner I fall behind, the more time I have to catch up.
