The biggest impact was definitely meal timing. 'Cause of work I would eat a hefty meal around 2pm and lift around 8pm. . basically lifting on an empty stomach
A bit of a radical move but after 3 years with this job. . I'm going to quit actually next month to make a clearer path to getting the physique I want

Last week was rough. Had 4 consecutive days of piss-poor performance at the gym but things began to turn around last Friday~
For Last Friday's Bicep/Calves session, I had a good mind-muscle connection especially with the Seated Dumbbell Curls.
Sneaked in a quick bench session at the end of my workout. . and got a PR Woot woot!! 50reps x 135lbs for Flat Bench. Previous PR was 43 heh
Would call this a 10/10 session!!
And now tonight's session. . it was Legs =______=
Oh geesh. . Yoojungl did Back/Bi tonight but decided to squeeze in a few sets of Deadlifts. . apparently, 185's are easy for her
She's a keeper. . yup yup

Killer doing legs and deads on the same day as well: that drop set on the squats is just sick and that's one I'd love to be able to build up to, and huge volume for deadlifts ..... 15 x 225 You know that was one of the CrossFit Open challenges to start with 55 x 225 deads
I love that squat pic .... heavy weight on the bar and you just look so totally focussed!
Great vid of the OH DB extensions as well .... really tight form. How do you like those compression bands for the elbow?"Better to wear out than rust out!"
