Otherwise i would have gone on and hit a 495 lb. Squat today to finish business. (Unless jmadden submitted one of his 500+ lifts.. ) have hit 495 on three or four separate occasions, but never tried 500.The pure present is an ungraspable advance of the past devouring the future. Here's my submission, 527.5 @ 281.6
I haven't squatted in like 2 months, so I just did enough to beat LPenny. Sorry man. My actual best in sleeves is 600 about 8 months ago at probably 270ish. I think I also win the cutest baby in squat video category.
Here's my last meet squatting 661 in wraps so you can tell my sig stats aren't fraudin and I really was hurt for the last few months. This makes me feel a little better about myself since that 527.5 was hard.

Ok here's my 480 lol. Not my best even for a 5RM, but should place me at least
I realized the video editing thing I used ****ed up and made the vid super small lol but if you go to youtube you can still clearly see the lift, weight, and paper. If you need me to reupload it though let me know and I will, just don't feel like going through the hassle if it's not necessary.

Only scale I had access to on short notice. It's kinda chitty and looks like it's 10 lbs off (I don't think I lost 10 lbs over the last 2 days) but it doesn't really matter since my wilks sucks and I'm a SHW. Felt much stronger tonight. I think I could've hit 550, but it's bench day, so I'll save it for another time.

I'd this doesn't count because almost passed out and didn't get the weights in one clip I don't reslly know what to say. I went thru he'll to water cut to 181 then I ****ed that to so I've made my self sick bloating to 200. God damn I'm pissed

We need some variety in here outside of the powerlifts! I know some people were saying we need an Oly contest but the problem with that is there would be very little participation because it's not something that EVERYBODY trains. Very few people on bb.com can even perform those to competition standards.
What if we did something like max # of strict pull-ups or max widowmaker (20-rep squat set)?63 kg jr competitor in the OI PEE EFF
