Dr. Mr. A:

Your ex-wife has retained my services pertaining to situation A and situation B.

Considering the fact that you only pay X in child support compared to the 2.5X under the Child Support Standards Act, we ask that you comply with request A and request B.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days with your compliance, we will be filing a motion in Family Court to compel you to comply with request A, and to increase the child support amount up to the amount allowed by law.

We recommend that you have an attorney contact our office, or to contact your ex-wife within 2 weeks to work out the details of these requests.

Kind of. I texted him yesterday to let him know I would be bringing both boys to Kevin's doctor appt. yesterday at 4. He has NEVER picked the boys up before 3:45 so I thought I was doing him a favor, and giving my parents a break from dealing with him. He sent me like 5 texts in a row telling me I was denying him access to his kids, that he was documenting this, and that he would be talking to his lawyer. I didn't reply, but would have loved to been able to send him this:



I was a little surprised that he was agreeable in Kevin's appointment. He agreed to meds right away. I thought that was going to be a battle and be the thing that really got us into court.

I could have slept another 2 hours. I've been leaving the cats upstairs at night hoping they would get used to it while Bill is gone. The latest they have woken me up was 5:30 - it's been more like 4:30 most days.

There's a psycho woman who lives in our town .. and our children just finished up preschool together. She somehow got my phone number, called my house last night, pretending to be her son and asking for my son. She kept asking my husband for our address. I can't even describe what I'm feeling right now. I can't focus on anything aside from punching this woman in the throat.

Yea, she did. Her history is well known here, she is nuts and has had stalking charges brought against her in the past. She is currently obsessed with a guy she dated 8 years ago, calls his work, pretends to be someone else, once said she was his sister and there was an emergency with her kids (to get him to get on the phone) .. she shows up at his mothers house, calls her house all the time, once she called all night long, every hour on the hour. (I know his mom very well and she tells me all of this, she is such a sweet woman and just doesn't know what to do. Her son recently hired a lawyer, after this woman pretended to be his sister over the phone.) If she finds out where I live, she WILL just show up at my house. And if she could get my phone number she can find my house. I'm like possessed right now, I need to go to the gym.

I'd call the police in advance. I doubt they can do anything, but it doesn't hurt to have it on record for when she does show up.

wow that is crazy i would file a police report and if she keeps doing it they can arrest her.
