Squat: 135lbs 240lbs
Bench Press: 100lbs 165lbs
Deadlift: 155lbs 330lbs
Military Press: 85lbs 135lbsx3
Pendlay Rows 95lbs 200lbs
Dips: 8/6-BW 10/10-65lbs
Chin Ups 6/2-BW 5/5/5-40lbs
Weight
Start: Nov 30, 2011 151.0 lb
End: July 31st, 164.6lbs

Madcows; Light
Front Squat
2x160x5 PR
Deadlifts

315x3
360x5 PR
Workout was done in 30 mins... Deadz were intense as fuark and had to take more time then I'd like in between reps...
Back was on fire after. Sqwatz were really easy, I like front squats Hip flexor was bothering a bit. Going to do more RC work tonight, decided not to press and couldn't do any accessory as I'm already getting detentions for being late to class lulz
