Overhead press looks great. I do mine seated on a flat bench..no back but look just like yours. I feel like this movement has made a bigger impact on my upper body appearance Than any other lift with added mass in shoulders, traps. Really love this exercise. Nice work...

DB shoulder presses are looking really good Danny as are the dips.....great ROM and not looking in the least bit 'chubby' .Good form on those rear delt flyes as well. I noticed that you're not cocking your wrist back quite so much .......you're making a conscious effort I suspect. How did the wrists feel after the workout?

NO! The rain makes me not want to go outside to get to my garage! Wrist is improving, rotation is still limited, conventional curls are impossible as are underhand pull ups. Been doing some rotations throughout the day and squeezing my 250lb gripper.

Always have a good day after a morning session. My lower back is blowing up with fluff like no tomorrow!

Thanks Jeff.. I enjoyed it seated, I don't know why everyone gets their handbags out over seated... they way you do it sounds legit.

I'll take a progress... gulp.. pic... you will see the chub returning with a vengeance! Should slow down soon I imagine. Yeah I was trying to make them straight and solid throughout, wasn't so bad. The pain in my wrist is not from flopping back though, it's from too much force being exerted on the outside of my forearm doing lateral raises.

I'm working on it. I have to think about each muscle, sometimes saying them out loud helps get that MMC

Super happy with 3pps and really enjoyed the BBB set. Will definitely be doing that every squat day from now on as I feel it gives me more time actually doing / practising back squats. Was going for more constant tension rather than locking out on the BBB.... holy hell it hammered my quads! Struggled to walk today and I had a proper load of sh*tty jobs to do at work that needed mobility... BAH!

I set a safety bar to about waist height opposite to the rack I am raising off. Lean forward and support myself using said bar, then push hips back until hams come in and legs are straight. Then get raising!
