    Felt pretty strong on these. I'm really liking doing the singles after hitting the required reps.

    BBB ohp
    80 5x10

    Again felt really good on these, even after doing the extra singles. Really only on the last rep of the last set did I really have to push to get the weight up.

    reverse grip pulldowns
    110 5x20

    There were dudes situps on the pull up area with the bench on it. Fcuk it I actually like these better. The weight was good and really my biceps were failing before my back was. had to do a few rest pause sets to get all the reps and I could just feel the blood rush back into my broceps

    Incline press
    50 1x10
    50 1x10
    50 1x8
    50 1x8

    Felt really good on these as well. Kinda pissed that I missed the 2 reps on the 3rd and 4th set. But considering all teh pressing I did before it I can see why.

    Overall a good end to wave 1. I'm gonna be doing it 3x a week instead of the 4 for now and see how that works out for me. Rest day tomorrow then 3+ squats on Wednesday.

    I rack it, take a few seconds to catch my breath and lift it again. I don't rest for more than 20 seconds. I just pace in a circle and attack the bar again.

    I'm going to try to do the same with all my lifts. Just hit the required reps and then hit singles after them. I've done it with bench last cycle, I did 185x5 then 185 for 5x1. With bench though I stayed in my arch the whole time.

    I'm not going to go over 5 singles though. As when I hit 3+ and 1+ week the weight is gonna be heavy enough that hitting 5 single should be more than enough.

    The 5 week I imagine will not be so tough but I can image the 1+ being difficult for 5 singles if you are very close to your 1RM. Nice way to get some volume in

    True. Lott is probably my favorite. Lynch is up there. In recent years, Troy Polamalu and Ed Reed come to mind. And you can't forget about Night Train Lane! Unfortunately you can't hit like that anymore without getting ejected, haha.

    My main position was running back, but I usually played both offense and defense.

    Fcuk that was a horrible game we played. For some reason we always seem to play down to our competition. We handle the Gmen with no problem but the KC Chiefs we have to beat in OT. I know thre are times when you just have to win ugly games...but damn. AND Ben's shoulder is now an issue since he left the game at the start of the 3rd quarter. Hopefully it's OK cause Leftwich looked awful and we got Baltimore twice in the next 3 weeks.

    Ben is a tough bird, he should be back. Also, the Chiefs were bound to have a good game. A lot of their games they shoot themselves in the foot by turning the ball over at horrible times, last night they protected the ball a lot better somehow given the horrible weather conditions.

    I was expecting that game to be an epic rape and it ended up being a great one. I don't care about either team, so I just wanted a good game to watch. Nice for you that the Steelers won, but that Big Ben shoulder situation could make the rest of the season rough, depending on how badly he's hurt.

    Well he did say at the begnning on the season that he had RC problem...I'm sure that made it worse. I expect him to be back though for the Ravens. There is no way he sits that game out...hell he playing with a high ankle sprain last year.

    Ankle will be painful especially for a fairly mobile QB like Big Ben, but a shoulder injury will throw off your accuracy. If it's just a sprain, he should be good to go for the next game though.
