Blacklist purpose is to give a 'heads up' for potential issues with loggers with a poor history, not a list that bars individuals from applying.

Up to the company discretion IIRC.

About to jump back into lifting after a longgg hiatus. There is a major caveat, since I have torn RCs in both shoulders and a torn labrum in one. In other words, for the time being I won't be benching or doing much at all for upper body. It will probably be summertime before I get the labrum/RC shoulder worked on and the other one will probably not get worked on AFAIK.

So lower body stuff will most be game. Unsure if DL'ing is wise since those poor shoulders would have to hold a lot of weight. I'm pretty sure I have the shoulder flexibility to squat. Any suggestions for plans/schemes to get back into weights without murdering myself? I've lost a fair amount of strength and mass since I was banned from lifting/exercise in August. I've been doing non-resistance work for only about a month now.

Purpose of the BLACKLIST: to provide a reference source to company representatives in order to help weed out known unreliable product reviewers. This benefits the companies offering their products for review by listing known waters and benefits general members by eliminating wasters from applicant pools. Accepting a free product in exchange for a review and not following up with your end of the deal is essentially theft.
