Back/shoulders
Light deadlifts
warm up sets:
135x5
205x2
250x1
Deficit Work sets:
300x1
300x1
300x1
300x1
300x1
300x1
Lower back was pretty good on these. Some were double over hand. They were all REALLY slow off the floor. I didnt wanna rip it off too fast and cause possible injury. Speed was there. Worked on sitting back and driving the heels into the floor vs. my normal form of pulling with the arms first :x
Yate rows (close grip bb rows
205x8
205x8
205x8
230x5
230x5
230x5
250x4
250x4
Did an identical version of Father Flex's rows
Yes inspired!
Underhand BB rows (close & wide grip)
close:
205x5
205x5
205x5
wide:
205x5
205x5
205x5
Over head presses
135x2
155x2
wasn't feeling it on these.. awkward lift. No likey.
Bent over DB raises
5x10
Back was parallel to the floor on all these. Really strict form, hardly any swinging. Destroyed my side delts lol.
Behind neck presses
4x8
Comments - Decent workout. First time working back/shoulders in my apartment in a LONG time. Dont have the necessary weight to stimulate my lower back properly, but since it's still sore I dont have to go too heavy in order to do so. Wanted to destroy the lats this time around so I decided to hit it with alot of different grips. Need more thickness and width there..

Today's gonna be a rest day most likely. I decided to have soup this morning for my sore-ish throat, and geeeez did it bloat the hell outta me. I literally had a pregnant belly/GH lookin' gut.. was SO uncomfortable >_>

Bench:
135x5
160x2
180x1
205x1
225x1 @ 9
225x1 @ 9
bar speed was too slow. tris were still pretty sore from the small amount of shoulder pressing I did plus bench on friday. body's getting used to bench 2x a week probably.
Bench pillow pwesses:
225x1 @ 8
225x1 @ 8
225x1 @ 8
210x4 @ 7.5
210x3 @ 8
210x4 @ 7
205x5 @ 7
205x5 @ 7
Close grip bench:
180x8 @ 7
180x7 @ 7
180x8 @ 7
think i did another set of 180 for 8, cant remember.
Comments: Tris were sore along with wrists. Lower back was being gay on the arch... Mr Swolle aka Dynamik aka fatty mc manlet told me about leg drive while benching. Used it on a few sets and lol'd at myself. Never got better drive off my chest before. Alot more speed ..my max is probably higher than I thought it'd be just because I learned ANOTHER very useful trick. He also introduced the pillow pwesses to me. I wanted to board press but instead he told me to place a pillow on my chest inplace of it. Lowered the bar down slowly, bounced it into my chest (nahnotrly) and exploded upwards with control. T'was fun.
Weight's around 164-165lbs. Waist's about 30-30.5

If you want to
I can save you
I can take you away from here
So lonely inside
So busy out there
And all you wanted was somebody who cares
I'm sinking slowly,
So hurry...hold me!
Your hand is all I have to keep me hanging on
Please can you tell me
So I can finally see
Where you go when you're gone501, 302, 551; 1354 @ 181

I don't wanna go another day,
So I'm telling you exactly what is on my mind.
Seems like everybody's breaking up
Throwing their love away,
But I know I got a good thing right here
That's why I say (Hey)
Nobody gonna love me better
I must stick with you forever.
Nobody gonna take me higher
I must stick with you.
You know how to appreciate me
I must stick with you, my baby.
Nobody ever made me feel this way
I must stick with you.501, 302, 551; 1354 @ 181
