Light squats, 135 SOHP. Blah, blah.
Overview:
Very pleased with my squatting the other day. Yes, I did jump from 135 to 225. I was talkin to someone and I just ended up puttin another plate on each side not really thinking about it. lol The funny thing is though, 225 felt real light for some reason. It was really weird. I even double checked the weight. I was like why does this feel like 185? lol Even 295 didn't feel that bad. It actually felt better than 285. Maybe I was feeling great, I dunno.
It was awesome though. Felt so good to finally breakthrough. It's not sets of 5, but it's still great progress for myself. Considering my squat "max" is 3 plates, this is still amazing for me.
Still haven't gained weight, but I'm still tweaking my diet. I think I'll just go back to the conventional drink a LOT of milk diet. lol It would be the most ideal thing for me.My log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136366931

Overview:
Awesome. Finally repped out 300 on squats. Last rep of last set was a semi-grinder. Form felt like it was breaking down, but I just need to fix that. Always room for improvement. This squat session was challenging, and the weights are really starting to get heavy. Just tryin to keep the momentum goin for as long as I can.
Bench was good. Challenging, but not too bad.
Still can't believe I squatted 305 today. Feels weird. There was a time where I was really discouraged and felt like it wasn't ever gonna happen, but I got this sh*t done and this is only the beginning.My log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136366931
