So where does McCauley stand these days on the catapult? I saw on a post the other day that the Catapult is just a different way to describe how people lift (and declared that it's not a new technique), but then a few days afterwards he went back to the whole "Shrugging is bad, rising up on toes is bad". Still waiting on him to produce Olympians.

And its not so important that I know because Im not going to post his private chats with me, its more important for you to know since youre the one putting it on blast. The onus is on you to ask permission before putting out private info. Im not self-righteous to believe that youll listen or believe anything I tell you, thats your own choice. Moreover, I dont see anyone else giving you advice on this matter so I dont see how my advice is superseding anyone else's.
Its one thing to like hearing opinions on your actions, its another thing to listen to them (and it seems youre not going to listen which again is up to you, but also reflects on you). Trained twice yesterday, once at home and once with LA bros. Did strength work at home, felt strong with a 180x5 press+280x6 FS. Practiced snatch and C+J with LA crew at CF Pasadena. Then I realized **** I have a lot of work to do that is all due tomorrow. Dat feel when all-nighter and no sleep. No training today. But that's OK because I am now done with the term. 5/6 of the way through Caltech. Don't stop now. Going to sleep now.

Power clean and jerked doubles up to 95 kg tonight, felt pretty good about that.
Also finished up with some GPP/conditioning since I've really been slacking in that department. Did 75 meter farmer's walks with 140 lbs in each hand, and supersetted these with 30 kg KB high swings. Pretty tiring, but definitely worth it.
