Hey guys i went jesterday to an restaurant and ordered a pizza : can you estimate the calorie of this pizza:
Pizza dough
2 pieces hams not small ones just normal i think
4-5 pieces chicken filet i think 10 gram each

Cellucor PB Marshmallow Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
200g Yogurt(100g Greek and 100g Plain)
1.5 Scoop Cellucor PB Marshmallow Whey (~45g)
2 TBSP Peanut Buter
Directions
Make Protein Pudding with Yogurt + Whey
Grab a Muffin Sheet and place cupcake lines in 6 of the holes (this made 6 total)
Place a small layer of protein pudding on bottom and freeze for 30 minutes
pull out and add peanut butter in center freeze another 30 minutes
Add final layer of Protein Pudding and freeze for another 30 minutes till they harden.
You will be able to EASILY pull apart the cupcake liner and enjoy!
Macros
For all The Cups:
Calories ~ 550 (Around 85 calories per Cup!!!)
Protein ~ 55g
Carbs ~ 25g
Fat ~ 25 g

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (Can be any, but I just bought my Cookie Dough Protein today.. so I figured.. "why not make cookies?" lol)
- 1/2 Cup PB (or 2 table spoons of PB2 + 2 tablespoons of PB)
- 1/2 Cup Liquid egg whites (or 1-2 whole eggs)
- 1/4 Cup Oat Flour (Optional)
- 1/2 cup stevia
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Heat up PB in microwave for 20 seconds until "mixable"
3. Mix PB with all other ingredients (eggs, oat flour, protein powder)
4. Make "cookies" on the baking tray
5. Put in oven until desired consistency (10-12 minutes)
6. Enjoy guys!
Macros
Entire Tray: 504 Calories/22g Carbohydrates/26g Fat/50g Protein
Per Cookie (If yield 6): 84 Calories/ 3g Carbs / 4g of Fat/ 8g Protein

These look really good...but is the recipe off or the macros? 1/2 c PB is 8 TB which is ~60 g fat...unless you posted macros for the PB2? Still not sure how 4TB can replace 8 though. If you'd clarify I'd appreciate it. Will make tonight! Thanks

Went on a date on Thursday to Bossa Nova. had the Kibe
then The Cristiane's Favorite Tornedor A La Carte which is Grilled Fillet Mignon medallions wrapped in Bacon, topped with a homemade Madeira Sauce and served with Mushroom Cream Risotto and charbroiled Asparagus. so good
