Hubby was taking the after pics and I wasn't too happy with him (he wasn't happy with me either). I had to use the pics where I'm NOT sticking middle finger. Next time I'm just going to balance the camera on the kids' easel.
There is something to be said here. <raises eyebrows>
Happy birthday!!! My oldest just turned 10 Monday. And my middle turned 7 this past Friday. Gotta love the May babies!

Well, I made it back from 4 days of vacation/binging and today I am the exact same weight I was when I left (209.6)! WOOHOO! srs...lol. I ate pizza two nights in a row and drank numerous adult beverages and very little water.
I am going to jump on the IF bandwagon, starting today. I'm already hungry at 9:42AM, but I've got a gallon of water to keep me company!

Yea I'll be late too first time in 3 weeks putting in my weight. I'm guessing the same. I haven't binged but haven't done much iether.
It's that freakin pasta roni that gets me I LoVE love love love parmasian noodles!

Advice please
My gym is in my apartment block and free - BUT, it only has a few machines and some dumbbells ... and they only go up to 20kg (44lb) each.
I'm a bit of a weakling so have been ok so far but I'm getting to the point where I can DB press that quite comfortably. I guess I have no choice bit to find a new gym if I want to progress right? Any point just upping reps?
The chest machines (incline bench, flyes) go heavier but I don't feel like they're hitting my chest right (or I'm not doing it right!)
Same weight problem for squats.
For all other exercises I do, I've LOADS of time before I max out the weights/machines.

I would just get a formal gym membership if I didnt have full access to barbells, but i only do barbell/free weight routines

I just got in from my 50 min cardio session. The workout program I'm following called for 2 25min sessions so I just combined them.
This was after swimming with my kids for about 2 hours this afternoon. Wasn't really much swimming going on, just throwing my two boys like a shot put about 100x each.... My oldest is 70lbs and 5 year old is 85lbs so that's a workout in itself...lmao.
I'd say so... bigger quads than I'd expect to see from someone your size.~DSC~
