Full body session today. Really emphasized feeling everything working, filling the muscles with blood, and not putting a ton of stress on the joints/tendons. Felt very good in there today. Pump was nasty. Feeling good with where I'm at. I weighed in 0.2 lb less today at 196.2, so my body is really taking these extra carbs and using them nicely. This should help to produce a good effect when we load up on show day.
Layne's pleased with how I'm looking/progressing, I'm feeling good. Another full body session tomorrow with 10 minutes LISS and then I'm heading up to Amherst MA. It's for real.

Woke up at 195.4 this morning, another prep low. I was visibly leaner this morning, despite Layne saying I might be a bit watery. Another light, quick circuit today to get the blood flowing and pump up. Felt great. Pump was nasty and I'm feeling great. Today is the lowest carb day of peak week (120g) and I'll be traveling up to Amherst, MA, so a good mix.
